All recommendations are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by the facility’s licensed professional engineer before implementation.

Reports and diagnostics reflect the condition of the inspected systems on the date of service. Changes in operating loads, fluid composition, ambient conditions, or mechanical wear after the inspection date may alter the validity of the findings. Oxch does not assume responsibility for system performance or safety following modifications made by third parties without our direct supervision.

The term “improvement” or “reduction” in efficiency, downtime, or energy consumption refers to projected outcomes based on modeled scenarios and historical baselines provided by the client. Actual results may vary depending on installation quality, maintenance practices, and operational consistency. No guarantee of specific performance metrics is implied unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

All intellectual property, including proprietary calculation methods, software tools, and analytical frameworks used in the course of our work, remains the sole property of Oxch. Clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their internal operational purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering of our methodologies is prohibited without written consent.
